I've got an IWSG-themed poll for you this month. It happens to the best of us -- we hit a frustrating patch in our writing. Either we feel like we're our scenes aren't up to par, we don't have enough time or we start experiencing those pesky self doubts.
No matter what it is, we always seem to find the encouragement to keep going. When you're in a rough spot, what's your favorite pick-me-up? Or, how have you helped a friend in need?
I've done a little bit of each of these at one point or another. It's the best kind of cheer!
I found it hard to pick just one. I think a combination of them would probably help the most :)
ReplyDeleteSome encouraging words does it for me.
ReplyDeleteYeah, all of them :P But getting away from it would be my number one. Sometimes, clearing my head is the only way to move on.
ReplyDeleteKristen - It IS hard to pick just one. :)
ReplyDeleteAlex - It's amazing how far a few words can go to boost your outlook.
Miss Cole - Same here. It's nice to step away and take a breath.
